Scared Not Scared Bible Study Good Evening Everyone,

This Wednesday March 25, 2020 we will be holding our Bible Study via the Zoom Room. We will be looking at Gideon who was troubled, angry & living in fear because of the events taking place in his life and in the community around him. I encourage you to read his story which is found in the book of Judges in chapters 6-8. We will be condensing these chapters to tell his story with the goal of offering hope & encouragement as well as the reminder that God is never taken by surprise and is always with us. Farewell to a Faithful Friend: A Memorial Service will be held on May 1, 2020.

We regret to inform you of the passing of our beloved Sister Jackie Poole, who passed away this morning after a long illness. No arrangements have been made at this time. Please keep the Poole and our Church family in your prayers.

John the Revelator provides us with words of help and hope about those who die in the Lord when he wrote in Revelation 14:13 "And I heard a voice from heaven saying to me "Write: 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on'. "Yes says the Spirit, 'that they may rest from their labors and their works do follow them." (NKJV)

Our sister Jackie Poole was loving, funny, caring and faithful to her God. We will miss her face, but her presence will be felt among us for many days to come! Maranatha!
